Efficiently coat, bake, paint, dip, and wash with overhead conveyor.
Overhead chain conveyors hang parts from a chain inside a track. Overhead conveyors are commonly used for painting, baking, and coating applications. The chain, hangers, and track can be sized for large range of loadings and the hanger system is often designed to hold multiple parts. Above are a few pictures of overhead conveyor that we installed for a customer. Notice the safety grating between the conveyor and walking area of the plant. This is a monorail overhead conveyor because the rollers are on either side of an I-beam, as opposed to enclosed track where the rollers move inside c-channel steel.
We fabricate our own Overhead I-Beam Conveyor. We have developed and designed our own overhead I-beam conveyor, concentrating on 3" and 4" I-beam or X348 and X458 overhead conveyor. We developed a unique design which will simplify the fabrication and assembly process making our conveyor a very competitive alternative to other name brands.
We are utilizing the latest technology in the manufacturing of our components, by laser cutting 3/8 plate steel and forming the plate to our specifications. This way our components are more uniform and can be easily and quickly assembled and welded.
We are also utilizing only certified welders to insure proper weld penetration and coverage for safety and durability.
Additionally, all components will be available as blocks in AutoCAD and Inventor 3D format, so our customers can view each component, place them in their design drawings, and inspect our qualtity.
We have created an I-beam sizing guide for the I-beam conveyor systems that we fabricate. Download this document below.
